Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower:)

VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE! I love cooking with cauliflower. It is so versatile and makes for the perfect side dish! For this recipe I decided to go "no oil" and bake the cauliflower with a unique tasty crust. Hope you enjoy!



Ingredients:

One medium sized head of cauliflower washed & chopped into florets

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup all purpose gluten free flour

1/2 cup vegan parmesan cheese

spices:

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

just a dash of chili powder

salt & pepper to taste


Directions:

1) preheat oven to 400 degrees

2) wash & cut cauliflower

3) In rounded dish pour milk and add salt and pepper, mix well

4) In another rounded dish put dry ingredients & spices, mix well

5) generously douse florets into the almond milk and then into the flour mixture covering completely, then transfer to baking sheet

6) cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy

7) Serve & enjoy:)
