This pizza creation was totally an experiment and turns out the flavors worked so so well with each other! I used a great gluten free pizza crust from Brandless.com! (a really cool site you should check out) I've learned that pizza toppings do not have to be boring or repetitive! I hope this recipe gives you inspiration for toppings you can use on your next pie:) GET CREATIVE!

Ingredients

- serves 2-3 ppl

- gluten free pizza crust mix @brandlesslife

- cauliflower (1/2 head)

- heirloom tomatoes (1/2 cup diced)

- brie cheese (crumble or dice) about half the circle

- crumbled prosciutto (3/4 cup)

- fresh diced pear (1 pear)

- fresh arugula (handful)

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- garlic powder

- dash of salt & pepper

- dried oregano

Directions

- preheat oven to 400 degrees

- Make crust as instructed on package (I needed 1 cup water & 1 tbsp oil for mine)

- Usually you need to cook crust for a bit first, before you add ingredients (package should give exact times)

- Roast cauliflower before other ingredients (about 10 minutes)

- mix together oil and seasonings and brush onto crust after first bake

- add the brie, prosciutto, tomatoes, and cauliflower to the crust and bake for an additional 15 minutes

- when cook time is done, remove from oven and add fresh diced pears and handful of fresh arugula

- serve and enjoy!
