Cucumber Salad

This is easily one of my favorite salads to make because it is so easy and SO DELICIOUS!

Perfect for a picnic.

Ingredients

1 english cucumber, sliced (peeling is optional)

1/2 cup of sliced cherry tomatoes or Roma tomatoes

1/4 cup or sliced red onion

2 tbsp olive oil

Italian seasoning

dried oregano

salt & pepper to taste
