Collard Green Spring Rolls

I brought these suckers to a Thanksgiving party and they were the only green thing on the table haha These rolls make great appetizers. They are fresh, vibrant, and customizable to your personal preferences. Try them out!
Ingredients:
2 bungles of collard greens, washed
1 Red pepper
1/2 cup Purple cabbage
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
pre-shredded carrots
bean sprouts
2 packages of fresh basil
soy sauce or spicy peanut sauce for dipping!
Directions:
1) prep all of the veggies by washing and slicing to ideal size (see photo)
2) clean your collard greens
3) Add all the ingredients into the collard green as desired and pin with toothpick
4) Use soy sauce, peanut sauce, or sauce of choice for dipping! 5) Enjoy
