Overnight Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is a great sweet treat. I decided to throw some together last night so I could wake up to a perfectly prepped breakfast on this busy Monday. It's so stinking easy and tasty! Enjoy:)

Ingredients:
1cup vanilla almond milk
3 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
fresh berries for topping
drizzle of honey
handful of granola

Directions:
1) Combine milk and chia seeds into a container with a good lid. Stir well.
2) Add vanilla extract and cinnamon, stir well again!
3) Cover and let sit in fridge overnight or for 8 hours.
4) In the morning, take our pudding and stir well once more! 5) Top with fresh berries of choice, I used raspberries. Drizzle with honey *optional, and top with granola *also optional:)
6) Enjoy!
