4 Ingredient Chocolate Truffle Pie

I made this around Christmas time and the Stephan household devoured it so fast! This is inspired by a @flora_and_vino recipe that I found and could not help but try to recreate! It's only 4 ingredients and no bake. Hope you enjoy this creamy, rich, divine pie.
ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS
1) gluten free pie crust ( I use trader joes brand)
2) 12 oz coconut cream (one can)
3) 12 oz of vegan dark chocolate (chips are easiest) (set a few aside for topping)
4) 1/2 cup of peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)

Directions:
1) Put your pie crust in a mold
2) Temper the chocolate over a stovetop or use microwave until melted
3) Pour melted chocolate, coconut cream, and peanut butter into a blender
4) blend on high until super creamy and smooth
5) pour batter into pie mold
6) chill in refrigerator until set, top with extra chocolate shavings
7) ENJOY and share:)
That chocolate pie was so rich and yummy - no lie! You would think that having no gluten and dairy would take away from the taste and consistency. However, it tasted like something from a fancy restaurant! I will make this again.
